Alternatives to online ordering

Below are instructions to help navigate around our site. Continue to scroll down to find many tips on the variety of ways to search our inventory, order products and ways to get in touch with us by phone if you are having any trouble navigating around our web site.

Choosing a Denomination / Change Denomination -

Our site is separated by denomination. The above illustration illustrates where you can view which denomination you have chosen. (This is noted by the second red circled area, please look at your actual choice, not the one shown in this example)

If your denomination is incorrect, please click the Creative Communications logo in the top left of our web site. (This is noted by the first red circled area) This will take you back to the page where you make this choice.

Open Account Status -

Creative Communications offers an open account for qualifying churches and institutions. If you are a qualifying church or institution and would like to be considered for an open account, please fill out the necessary items on the create account page for review by our staff. You will be notified by email as soon as possible regarding your status.

Generally, customers who have ordered from us in the past with accounts in good standing will be approved quickly. Until you are approved for an open account you may place an order using a credit card.

All new Creative Communications customers must use a credit card on their first order. Individual Customers not associated with a church or institution must use a credit card for payment.

We are here to answer your questions from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. weekdays. All Items from the Creative Communications Catalog are available for order. Call us toll-free at: (800)325-9414.

Searching our inventory is easier than ever!
Using the search field located at the top of every page, you can enter TITLE / ORDER CODE / KEYWORDS / AUTHOR, and get results that can be sorted by PUBLICATION DATE, TITLE, PRICE, or CATEGORY.

Product Association Definitions

The relation of our products can be broken down into 4 categories. The following definitions explains the method applied to our product associations.

These items are just like what you are looking at. This also should be thought of as "Also Available" as well . This association really helps if we are sold out of a particular item and you would like to find the next best thing, or you would like more material on that relates to the product.

Part of a larger picture, often means that using this product requires other associated products.

Examples include any of our kits, and any accesories that need other products to properly work.

This is the same product in a different format.

Examples include any book that also has a version on CD, DVD, VHS, Large Print, and or Larger/Small sizes.

This association helps with products that are not required to work together but would be great compliments for one or more other products.

Let's review this module's various states:

The first two fields will let you LOGIN using your e-mail address, and the password you have choosen.
Checking the box next to "Remember me" will set a cookie to auto-login on your next visit. Fill in these fields and click the "LOGIN" button.

If you do not have an account with Creative Communications for the Parish, please click the "CREATE ACCOUNT" link.

This is your view once logged in. You now have the choice of "MY ACCOUNT". This will take you to a page that let's you update your account information, view and track orders.

This is also an example of what happens when you click the "MAILING LIST" link. Here you can add your name and e-mail address to our list and recieve news and specials from us.

This third example shows what happens once an item has been added to your shopping cart. Under the "MY CART" will appear how many items you have in your cart (1 item could contain any quantity of that particular item), and your cart's subtotal. Clicking the "MY CART" link will take you to a page that will allow you to review, modify, and update your cart.

Also available is a link to "CHECKOUT", this will only appear when you have items in your cart.

Quick Order

For those of you who know exactly what you want, the quick order form is a feature that allows you to add items to your cart just by knowing it's 3 character order code. Clicking the "QUICK ORDER" link, will turn this feature on.

Once clicked you will be taken directly to your cart. From there, enter the order code and quantity of an item into the "Quick Order" box and it will be added to your cart. You may continue to enter as many items as you need. When you are done, you may keep browsing the website by using either one of the search modules to the left, or you can click the "CHECKOUT" button to complete your order.

If you continue to browse the website and want to get back to the "QUICK ORDER" feature, clicking the "MY CART" button will allow you to return to it.

Browse By Category

The "BROWSE BY CATEGORY" module makes it easy to window shop the Creative Communications inventory.

Clicking a main categories will display that entire category. Once you have clicked a main category a list of sub-categories will be displayed under it. Clicking on a sub-categories will display that entire sub-category.

Current Catalog

"CURRENT CATALOG" will always display the most current Creative Communications catalog we have to offer. You can click on the cover or the "DOWNLOAD" link to obtain a screen resolution version, available as a PDF.

You may also get a hard copy of our catalog mailed to you by clicking "REQUEST A CATALOG" at the very top of our site.

CCV2 / CVC2

The CVV2 / CVC2 number is the Security Code used to verify you are in possession of the card. Your card will have a 3 or 4 digit number (not embossed) on the front or the back of the card.
