Creative Communications for the Parish

An ecumenical Christian publishing company based in St. Louis, Creative Communications for the Parish was founded in 1977.

Our mission is to communicate the Gospel of Jesus to the whole body of Christ through new and innovative worship and devotional material.

We produce hundreds of new publications annually for use in churches, particularly products to enhance the liturgical worship, and resources which enhance personal devotional life for hundreds of thousands of Protestant and Catholic individuals.

Creative's catalogs, delivered with dozens of colorful samples, many of them hands-on interactive calendars and activities created by the editorial staff of Creative Communications. Authors published by Creative include Pope Francis, Sr. Joyce Rupp, Father Joe Kempf, Amy Welborn, Dr. Pat Fosarelli and Mitch Finley as well as noted theologians such as C. S. Lewis, Henri Nouwen, Frederick Buechner, John Henry Newman, Dr. Martin Marty, and Walter Wangerin.

Creative Communications for the Parish was founded in 1977. In 2005, Bayard, Inc., a ministry of the Augustinians of the Assumption, acquired Creative Communications to extend their ministry into thousands of parishes in the United States (and beyond.)

Over the years parishes throughout North America and other English-speaking countries have come to depend on our Catholic and scriptural resources presented in full-color booklets, devotional and curriculum aids, periodicals—Living Faith, Living Faith Kids and La Fe Viva—and the Good News Planners, daily assignment planners for Catholic students.

Our building, located in the St. Louis suburb of Fenton, MO, houses our editorial and administrative offices, a warehouse and fulfillment center.

Creative Communications for the Parish is your trusted source for innovative worship and devotional material since 1977.
