Built on the practical principles that have made our Confirmation programs perennial favorites, this revised and improved course for junior high emphasizes ways to help young teens:
- More fully participate in the life of the Church
- Develop their own spirituality
- Prepare to celebrate the Rite of Confirmation
Most lessons begin with a Cell to Prayer, cover Catholic tradition clearly and in depth, include Scripture Search to strengthen biblical connections, and offer a couple of lively activities to keep young minds engaged.
Lessons continue with ideas for works of mercy or justice young people can perform to serve others outside their sessions, and a Recall to Prayer for a quiet closure. Phots and text are both well suited to the young teen audience.
Format: Each candidate edition consists of eight, 8-page units (7 7/8" x 10 7/8") priced at $12.45 per student (all eight units), or $11.45 per student when ordering 10 or more copies. The spiral-bound catechist edition, 96 pages, 8 1/2" x 11". is $24.95.
